We are committed to being a part of the solution, operating consciously in regards to the environment, and by choosing sustainable products. Most noted we offer and use such sustainable seafood products as U.S. farmed shrimp, barramundi, striped bass, tilapia, and oysters just to name a few.
Also sustainable local produce plays a significant part in seasonally diverse menus.
We Currier & Chives participate and use daily the “Single Stream” recycling program. This program allows us to recycle all recyclable paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals in one transportable container. Coupling this system with our involvement with EPA’s “Waste Wise” program is extremely beneficial as it reduces and tracks our climate foot print.
